The "Delete Account" button allows you to request the permanent removal of your personal data from RAID: Shadow Legends.
Privacy Commitment
We prioritize player privacy and provide this option to comply with data protection rights. Through this feature, you may request the deletion of all personal information linked to your Plarium account.
Note: The "Delete Account" button is currently exclusive to iOS devices.
What Happens When You Request Deletion?
- Submitting a request generates a support ticket for account deletion.
- Important: This action affects all Plarium games tied to the same Plarium ID.
- Deletion begins only after identity verification to confirm account ownership.
Data Removal Process
Upon verification, our team will permanently delete or anonymize all personal data, including:
- Account details
- Game progress
- Purchase history
- Virtual items (earned/unspent)
- Any other account-linked data
Note: External data (e.g., chat logs) remains unaffected.
Consequences of Deletion
- The account and all associated content will be irrecoverable.
- The username will be released for reuse by others.
How to Submit a Deletion Request
- Navigate to Account Settings and tap "Delete Account".
- Select your reason for deletion.
- Fill out the deletion form.
- Provide verification details when prompted by support.
