How to Protect My RAID: Shadow Legends Account Data
The significant time and resources invested by players into RAID: Shadow Legends make their accounts high-value assets. Therefore, understanding how to secure your account data is essential.
Secure Your Login Method
Whether linked via Plarium ID, Apple ID, or Facebook, ensure your associated account uses a strong password meeting these criteria:
- Minimum 8 characters
- Combination of upper- and lower-case letters
- Inclusion of numbers and special symbols
Regular password updates (every few months) are also recommended.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
2FA adds a critical second layer of security beyond your password. We strongly advise activating this feature. Follow the steps in our guide: [Article: "How do I enable and activate two-factor authentication?"]
Protect Your Linked Email Account
Enable two-factor authentication for the email associated with your Plarium ID if your provider supports it. Note that 2FA is also available for Facebook accounts.
Critical Security Don’ts
- Never share login credentials—Plarium staff will never request your password.
- Avoid third-party applications promising in-game advantages.
- Never engage in account trading or purchasing.
Maintain Vigilance
Your awareness is the final defense:
- Unauthorized access triggers an in-game notification.
- Plarium ID password changes generate an email alert.
- Immediately reset all associated passwords if you detect suspicious activity.
