How To Reset My RAID: Shadow Legends Game Progress Or Start A New Game

You don’t need to delete your current account to begin a fresh adventure. Follow these steps based on your platform (mobile or PC) to reset your game progress.

Mobile Instructions

Method 1: Log Out & Start Fresh

1. Open your Profile
2. Go to the "Plarium ID" tab
3. Read the warning, check "I understand this account will be lost", then tap "Continue"
   

Method 2: Reuse Your Email (Advanced Option)

1. Open Profile → Plarium ID tab
2. Click "Manage your Plarium ID"
3. Navigate to "Account Info" (top-right)
4. Select "Manage" next to your email
5. Replace it with a temporary email
6. Log out and register a new account with your original email

• Log out and create a new profile

Reuse Email Method

1. Open Profile in Plarium Play
2. Go to Settings → Account Settings
3. Change your email to a temporary one
