How to Transfer RAID: Shadow Legends Game Progress Between Devices

Why Sync Between Desktop and Mobile?
If you launch RAID on PC without first linking your mobile account to a Plarium ID, Plarium Play will create a new profile. This means you'll lose all existing progress and won't be able to connect your mobile profile later.

Account Transfer Guide

For Plarium Play (PC):

1. Ensure your game account is connected to a Plarium ID (refer to "How to Save Game Progress" for details)
2. If you already have a Plarium ID:
   • Download Plarium Play from plarium.com
   • After installation, click "Log in"
   • Enter your registered email
   • Click "Next" → Enter password → Complete installation

Important Notes:
• Always use the same Plarium ID for both mobile and PC
• Avoid selecting Facebook login (even if your mobile account uses Facebook) to prevent creating a new game session

For Mobile Devices:

1. Link your account to Plarium ID, Facebook, or Apple ID (iOS only)
2. On your new device:
   • Install and launch RAID
   • Tap "Log In" from main screen
   • Select "Log in with Plarium ID"
   • Enter email → "Next" → Password → "Log in"
   • Complete 2FA verification if enabled

Platform Limitations:
• Apple ID login is exclusive to iOS devices
• Facebook-linked accounts cannot be transferred to PC
